Tobey has been taking diligent care of the old lady of the house, Miss Texas. He gives her a back rub to help her with her arthritis pain. She keeps on plugging away.Still, Miss TX can eat and get to the cat box... the day that changes will be the day Bill and Kitty will have to make a decision. She has been with the Happy House for over 16 years. She was the one year house warming gift to themselves.
